Jealousy

i went flying beyond the sky last night
floating in darkness
while the moon and stars dreamed in another space
scared
cold
alone in the universe
i waited for eternity to slip away
but silence kept me awake
waiting
waiting
and while waiting
a thought of you flickered
suddenly
super-stars appeared
showing off
shining
radiating
glowing
exploding
and i smiled to myself
knowing the universe
was
jealous
of the glittering thought
i just had of you
